Nov 04, 2020 #4. When your under details tab, it should take you to the saints row 4 exe under details. Then right click on saints row 4. Select “set affinity”. A small screen should show up saying “processor affinity”. Uncheck all of the processors on this screen. Now select 2 processors. I am plugged into Ethernet. My speed is good and I'm not experiencing any other issues.-I purchased these games yesterday. As I play with my bro he purchased the same games. He had no issue downloading Saints Row IV but is also unable to download Saints Row Gat Out Of Hell. We're not using the same console or network.
